I began my journey at Crunch Gym, where I developed my skills and passion for personal training. It was there I realized the deeper impact that movement, nutrition, and mindset could have on people’s lives. Inspired by the transformations I witnessed, I took a leap of faith and launched my own personal training business — built on connection, accountability, and results.

Within a year, I expanded my services to include handmade ginger shots and sea moss gel, two natural products crafted to boost immunity, energy, and overall wellness. The response was incredible, and it further confirmed that people want real, accessible solutions to take charge of their health. We're continuing to grow, with plans to add more powerful wellness products to support your fitness journey from the inside out.
