Your Path to Peak Performance: Session & Package Details

Personal Training Services
Choose the plan that fits your fitness journey. Each session is one hour and tailored to your goals.

  • Single Session: $50/hr

  • 6 Sessions Package: $250 ($41.67 per session)

  • 12 Sessions Package: $450 ($37.50 per session)

  • 18 Sessions Package: $650 ($36.11 per session)

Note: For packages, clients must schedule at least four (4) sessions in advance until all are completed. Two (2) reschedules allowed per week. Payment is split: 50% due at the start, 50% at the midpoint of sessions.

Group Training Services
Tailored group sessions ideal for staff, youth, elderly, or community wellness programs. Each session is one hour.

Training Frequency:

  • 1 day/week: $125 per group (Total varies by duration)

  • 2 days/week: $100 per group (Total varies by duration)

  • 3 days/week: $80 per group (Total varies by duration)

Program Duration:

  • 4 Weeks

  • 8 Weeks

  • 16 Weeks

Example Calculation:
2 days/week for 8 weeks = 16 sessions × $100 = $1,600 total
3 days/week for 4 weeks = 12 sessions × $80 = $960 total
